I. PROJECT NARRATIVE: Site consists of platted 1.96-acres of undeveloped land. This site is made up of parcels 32043 which is zoned GC -MD, 32047, & 122465 which are zoned ISM-MM. Per the ordinance, Auto Body Paint & Repair shops are permitted with a Specific Use Permit in GC -MD.
