Gerald Callas of Kare Infusion is requesting approval for a Rezonino from RM-H (Residential
Multiple Family- Highest [}ensh») and NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District to GC -MO
(General Ozrnnmeroia| — Multiple -Family Dvve||inp) District for the properties located at 7090
Phelan Boulevard and 7045 Prutzman Road. The intent of the request is to rezone the
properties to allow for more amenities along Phelan Boulevard and expansion of the parking lot
of the existing business to Prutznnan Road. Furthermore, Phelan Boulevard is categorized as a
major arterial and common planning practices encourage commercial uses along such
