The existing structure iscurrently vacant and inhabitable. DRC ConstrucLlon, Ll.C. |ntends to construct a duplex to rent the units. This w/U) |ncrease housing stock in Beaumont and offer a variety in housing types for tenants who do not wish to reside inanapartment.
