STAFF REPORT
Torn Rowe of Whiteley Infrastructure Group has requested approval of a Rep|at of land out of
and part of Blocks 17,, 18, 23 and 24 of the M.C. Cartwright Subdivision into Lots 1 and 2. Stone
Oak RR Industrial Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
The intent of the plat is to give adequate street frontage to Lot 1 for future development of the
