BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT John Dean and Sohaib Jabbar are appointed to the Police Department Advisory
Committee by Councilman Audwin Samuel. The term for each shall begin on February 6, 2024,
and expire on September 30, 2026; and,
THAT Jon Reaud is appointed as Chair on the Police Department Advisory Conunittee
for the duration of his current terra on the Committee.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govermmnent Code, Chapter 551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
February, 2024.
