BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BE, AUMONT:
THAT Kirk Thomas is,appointed to the Historic Landi-nark Commission by Mayor Pro
Tern Turner. The term will commence on January 9, 2024, and expire September 30, 2026.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
