According to the inspection report., this structure was originally tagged on February ICL 2021 after it received damage from a fire. The property owner initiated a work program onApril 3Oi2O21atwhich time they secured the property and replaced the vuindovvs� however no additional work has taken place since an inspection dated October 4, 2021, The property is listed in the 1989 SPARE Beaumont Survey and was built circa 1925. The significance of the structure was listed as ""The house is representotive of the local adaptation of the Craftsrnanstyle and of larger middle-class hom es built in Beoumon1during th e firs t decades of the cen tury.
