BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the immediate repair
of a 2012 Komatsu excavator used by Solid Waste Division from Waukesha -Pearce Industries
LLC., of Port Arthur, Texas in the amount $72,671.26,
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict
compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Govenunent Code, Chapter 551.
