Paint home same colors. Tear out and replace cracked driveway. Demo structurally unsound detached garage. Rebuild same structure. Foundation is severely cracked and stud wall base plates and stud bottorns are rotted from water/termites. Insurance has sent cancellation letter on roof and other issues. Homeowner has obtained an extension until September. Garage is not safe and could easily blow over in storm. Roof is currently leaking and homeowner is getting cancelled if not completed. Please expedite approval of certificate if possible, for roof and garage demo for hurricane safety of not only for permitted home, but surrounding homes as well.
