Access Surveyors has requested approval of a Rep|at of Lot lI Block 12. Annie T. Warren
Subdivision into Lots l and Z. Herrera Heights Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
The intention of the plat is to divide the lot into two residential lots.
Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
l. All new lot lines comply with all building setbacks required in Section 38.03.024 District
area and height regulations.
