The request |stoeliminate anumber ofwindows, an entrance on the side of the structure that appears unnecessary replacing the existing siding with standard 8 A" X 12" Hardie siding, providing a 7" exposure, leveling, re -roofing and painting the exterior of the structure, to needle point navy, with the trim tobeclassic light buff. The applicant is requesting to eliminate a door and porch on the East side of the home along with one window. Onthe South side, remove aset ofdouble windows and eliminate the middle window in a frame of three. On the west side, eliminate the middle window in the same. |ocation as the window on the east side. The proposed new roof will be rustic black 30 year architectural shingles. The remaining windows will be replaced with 1/1 windows to match the existing sizes. Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions: 1. All applicable permits and inspections be obtained through the Building Codes Department.
