STAFF REPORT
Applicant, Joseph Reho, on behalf of property owner Karen Corwin, requests permission to
install ahog wire fence tothe property located at254OHazel. The hog wire fence will be
constructed to be four (4) feet in height with, 2x4trim cattle fencing, to include a portion of the
vacant property tothe west that is also owned by Ms. Corwin. The placement ofthe fence
appears to not hinder the visibility of the structure or surrounding structures.
Staff recommends approval of the request.
The property lsinthe l8BlSPARE Beaumont Survey. SPARE states the house was built clB39.
The buildings significance is listed as, an example of a common house built in the 1930"s.
