Cardinal Drive. They would like to rezone the property from GC-M1D (General Commercial — Multiple Family Dwell |np) to RIVI-H (Residenti a I Mu\t|p|e FarnUy— U|ghest Dens|tv). If granted, the property owner will use the portion of land to develop a new subdivision to accommodate thirty (30) new residenda||ots,tennis court, basketball court and playground. According to our City's Comprehensive Plan the property is located within the ""Conservation and RevitaUzaiion,"area.
