FILE: PZ2023-81 STAFF REPORT Access Surveyors has requested approval of Rep|ai of Lots 30'2I. West Oaks Subdivision, Phase | and Tract | and U 1nthe A. Houston League Survey,Abstract S3 into Lot 32A. North Berwick Acres, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The intention of the plat is to combine five (5) tracts of land into one large tract. The property owner applied for a building permit to allow an accessory structure on 495 N. Major Drive. Section 28.02.003(a) of our City's Ordinances states, "No accessory building shall be permitted in the absence of a main building." This Rep|at will allow the tracts of land to become one tract sothe owners may place their accessory building in their desired location. Staff recommends approval of the request.
