FILE' PZ2033-36 STAFF REPORT Chontae Tates is requesting a Specific Use Pernnit to allow a duplex at 1725 Threadneedle Street. This property islocated within the RS(Residential Single Family Dwelling) district and assuch atwo-family dwelling requires aSpecific Use Permit. The structure will beone-story with two units for a combined total of 2,012 square feet. The hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from gann to 5prn until the duplex is complete.
