driveway onthe property with conditions. Some ofthose conditions included the driveway
must beaminimum often (lU)feet inwidth and toinstall a six /6\foot privacy fence along the

the new drive -through and adhere to the conditions set forth by the Specific Use Permit.
Planning staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
l. If approved, applicant shall obtain an appraisal and Title Commitment for the property
to be abandoned at their expense. Appraisal and Title Commitment must be submitted
tothe Planning off Ice along with proof that payment has been arranged prior tothe
item being placed onCity [ouncU'sagenda.
2. If approved, applicant shall provide metes and bounds of the proposed abandonment
produced byalicensed surveyor.
This item was sent to all interested parties.
