A. Approval of the February 7, 2023 City Council Meeting Minutes
B. Amend Resolution 21-292 to cancel the purchase of vehicles for Sewer
Maintenance
C. Authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 3, accept maintenance,
and authorize final payment to Texas Drainage, Inc. for the FY22 Citywide
Ditching Program
D. Authorize the City Attorney to accept the settlement negotiated by the Texas
Attorney General in Opioid litigation against pharmaceutical manufacturer
Allergan, and pharmacies CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart
REGULAR AGENDA
Consider amending the Food and Food Establishments Ordinance concerning
signage, Sections 28.01.004, 28.03.018, 28.03.020, 28.03.021, 28.04.003,
28.04.005, 28.04.006, and 28.04.008(22)
2. Consider approving a contract for the modifications of the Civic Center balcony
guardrail
3. Consider approving the purchase of two trucks for use in the Sewer Maintenance
Department
4. Consider approving a contract for the purchase and installation of a standby
generator at the Water Utilities Service Center

* Review and discuss fluoride in water treatment
5. Consider authorizing the City Manager to place an item on the May ballot to
remove fluoride from the surface water treatment process.

* Review and discuss the City of Beaumont's Legislative Priorities
* Review and discuss requests from developers for support of an affordable housing
project at the Northeast Quadrant of Cardinal Drive and Fannett Road as well as a
proposed project at 1125 N. llrh Street
