Fl-E. PZ2023-41 STAFF REPORT Salvador Cisneros, homeowner, is seeking permission to replace twenty six (26) windows on the house location at 2230 Laurel Street. The replacement of the windows was completed without the benefit of a Certificate of Appropriateness (CA) or building permits. Originally the windows were one over one pane, the windows that have been installed are six (6) over one in appearance. Photos of the new windows are located in your packet. The request to have six (6) over one pane windows seems appropriate, because it is typical for a home within this era tohave avariety ofpanes. Staff recommends approval of this request with the following condition: 1. Shall obtain all necessary building permits from Building Codes. 2. Any replacement of trim shall match existing structure color scheme. This house is in in the 1990 SPARE Beaumont Survey. SPARE states the house was built pre 1920.
