FILE: PZ2022-466 STAFF REPORT Home owner, Gustavo Garcia, requests to construct a greenhouse in the rear yard of his property located at 2335 North Street. The structure will be twenty (20) feet by twenty (20) feet and constructed with cedar wood and plastic sheeting in a traditional greeni,house design. It will have a pitched roof matching the craftsman style roof pitch of the main home and feature a double swing door for access. The structure will be located in the rear yard, but partially visible from the street. Please see elevation drawings and examples of the aforementioned located in your packet. Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions: I. The greenhouse shall be in conformance with Section 29.03.024 District area and height regulations of our City's Ordinances. 2. All appropriate permits must be obtained through the Building Codes department. This house is listed in the 1981SPARE Beaumont Survey.
