THAT Bob Street, as shown on Exhibit"A"attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby dedicated to William "Boy" Brown, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas. The meeting at which this ordinance was approved was in all things conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
