. STAFF REPORT
Freddie Broussard is requesting a Specific Use Permit to allow the expansion of a fmieral home
at 1225 S. 7"' Street. Mr. Broussard would like to build a garage for use by the funeral home.
This garage will allow for the storage of up to flu-ce (3) vehicles. Access will be from the
existing faneral home property. Mr. Broussard states the garage is needed to protect the vehicles
from weather, theft and vandalism. Calvary Mortuary's hours of operation are Monday fin-ough
Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m. Hours vary on Saturday and Sunday.
Staff recommends approval of the request.
Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans
and field inspections to -verify compliance with applicable codes.

implemented. Landscaping will be installed to enhance the propeity.
