(TRADS), of Boca Raton, Florida, for access to a public record database to provide comprehensive information that is essential for Beaumont Police Department investigations as shown in Exhibit "A". The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551. ("TRADS") and the below -identified Agency ("Agency"), The Agency agrees as follows: 1. Effective Date; Term. The Effective Date of this Supplement is specified in the Pricing Sheet. In the event any one or more provisions of this Supplement, or the Pricing Sheet, is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of any remaining provision(s) shall be unimpaired.
