David Bradley requests, permo install a wood privacy fence to the property located at
2214 Angelina Street. The fence will be si[x (6) feet in height and opaquei. Mr. Bradleywishes t
extend the fence along,i the eastern property line and end at the southeast corner of the loti.
The proposed fence will not taper. He expressed the fence would allow, privacy,, comfort, and
security for occulphants, of the newly constructed homei.
Section 28.03.01,8 (g)(1)(C) Historic -Cultural Landmark Preservation Overlay District states
,fence in an interior side yard must be located no furtherforward onthe lot than the froint of the
,main buildinig." Additionally, Section 28.01018(g)(B) states "'within a front yard, no solidfence
or wall shall be erected to exceed a height offour (4)feet...In no circumstances shall a solid wall
orfence located in afron't yard exceed amaximum of S/X (6)f�et.,..
Staff recommend's approval of the request with the following conditions:
1. Installation of the fence, shall not create
ight obstruction to cr,oss traff,
2. All parts of thefence must be installed on private property.
