Texas, This has of Crescent on Walden was originally filed for record in 2005.
Unfortu.nately,it was, later discovered that Water Edge, a private street, was not constructed
within the boundaries of the platted right-of-way.
Section 26.02.00,3(c)(5) states, "Building Itnes and easetnents shall be, sho-viu7 and shall be
II clefin�ed bj� chinensions., " Due to an existi-ng water I I ine that runs along the eastern edge of Section,
V,, Lot 8A and, Section VI, Lot I OA, a fifteen (15), foot exclusi've utility easement will need to be
dedicated to the City.
This replat inoves the private street right-of-way to encompass Water Edge where it was
