The proposed body color will be Behr M350-4 Sweet Grass. The trim color will be Behr S470-7 Undersea and the accent color to be Behr M280-1 Twinkling Lights. Paint swatch samples are located in your packet. Staff recommends approval of the request. The house is listed in the 1990 SPARE survey. SPARE states that the house was built in 1911. The house is an example of middle cllass housing built in Beaumont after the first Spindletop boom. Exhibits are attached.
