SUBJECT: Consider a request to rezone a property from Ll (Light Industrial) to GC -MD
(General Commercial — Multiple -Family Dwelling) District.

STAFF REPORT
Joseph Endari would like to rezone the property located at 1190/1192 Gulf Street. Mr. Endari
owns the entire north half of the block now and the rest of the property is zoned GC -MD
(General Commercial - Multiple Family Dwelling District). Plans are to develop the property
as a unit which needs the property to be consistently zoned.
Staff recommends approval of the request.
Please note that final occupancy approval is subject to review and acceptance of submitted plans
and field inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes.
