FILE: 1372-P STAFF REPORT The applicants wish to construct a caretaker/guest house behind the main residence at 1865 Thomas Road. The structure will be located at the end of the existing driveway. The caretaker/guest house will not be used for rent or lease. The two story, 900 square foot structure will be screened from the properties to the north and west with vegetation. Access to the structure will be from the existing driveway. The structure will be setback 15'from the north property line and 50' from the west property line. Exhibits are attached. Comments on Conditions I and 6 follow: I The proposed site is bound in all directions by residential development. The proposed structure, due to its location and the existing landscaping, will not likely generate any nuisances. Traffic associated with the proposed use will be minimal, 6. Lighting will be typical of that associated with single family residential structures and will not hinder the use or enjoyment of adjoining owners' properties.
