Dear Mr. Steven Richardson,
I am writing in reguards of a specific use premit. I would like to open a day care
center at 860 Live Oak. The center will keep children ages, six months- five years old.
The capacity of my building is 29-35 children.
I will employ three staff persons. They will be two teachers and a cook. After
meeting the limited capacity one more teacher will be hired.
There is a drive through parking lot and twelve parking stalls. The building will
have a six foot fences around it with security lighting. The property is free from any trees
or other debree. The city will depose of all garbage. The drainage runs off my property on
to Live0ak. There is a side walk in front and and side of the property for the safty of
pedestrains. The children out door activities will be monitor at all times to c,ontroll the
noise. There will be gym sets in the play area.
I have talk to several people in the vicinity and they all agreed, that is the prefect
place for a day care. I have gotten some signature from several people in the community
they will be included with the application.
Thanks for your assistance,
Joyce Mckinney
