FILE: Replat - Lot 2, Block 7, Willow Creek One
STAFF REPORT
Three adjoining one and two story condominiums were constructed on Lot 2, The lot had
dimensions of 150'x 100'. The owner, Brady Family Management Trust, wishes to divide the
single condo lot into three separate lots, using the actual footprint of each of the three
residences as the proposed new lots 2A through 2C. Common areas and drives will continue
to be maintained by a private townhouse owners association. The land under each townhouse
will eventually be owned as separate real estate by individuals. This replat is being done to
accommodate the mortgage lenders financing loans to individuals
This replat is in compliance with the rules and regulations for land subdivisions, the zoning
ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan.
