FILE: Replat - Lot 2, Block 7, Willow Creek One STAFF REPORT Three adjoining one and two story condominiums were constructed on Lot 2, The lot had dimensions of 150'x 100'. The owner, Brady Family Management Trust, wishes to divide the single condo lot into three separate lots, using the actual footprint of each of the three residences as the proposed new lots 2A through 2C. Common areas and drives will continue to be maintained by a private townhouse owners association. The land under each townhouse will eventually be owned as separate real estate by individuals. This replat is being done to accommodate the mortgage lenders financing loans to individuals This replat is in compliance with the rules and regulations for land subdivisions, the zoning ordinance and the Comprehensive Plan.
