FILE: Replat - Lot 4, Block 7, Willow Creek One Three adjoining one and two story condominiums were constructed on Lot 4. The lot had dimensions of 150'x 100'. The owner, Frank A. and Marcia M. Giglio, wish to divide the single condo lot into three separate lots, using the actual footprint of each of the three residences as the proposed new lots 4A through 4C. Common areas and drives will continue to be maintained by a private townhouse owners association.
