HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-1-97 PC MinutesA Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission was held on December 1, 1997 with the following members present: Chairman Laurie Leister Commissioner Dohn LaBiche Commissioner Dale Hallmark Commissioner Greg Dykeman Commissioner Cleveland Nisby Commissioners absent: Vice -Chairman Marva Provo Commissioner Sally Bundy Commissioner Bessie Chisum Commissioner Bill Lucas Also present: Murray Duren, Senior Planner; Tyrone Cooper, First Assistant City Attorney; and Jill Cole, Recording Secretary APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Commissioner Hallmark made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 17, 1997 Joint Public Hearings. Motion was seconded by Commissioner LaBiche. Motion to approve carried 5:0. REGULAR MEETING 1) Replat - Lot 2, Block 7, Willow Creek One: Consider the Replat of Lot 2, Block 7, Willow Creek One Addition into Lots 2A, 2B and 2C. Applicant: Mark Whiteley and Associates, Inc. Mr. Duren told the Commission that this replat is the third replat in this subdivision. Lot 2 is a condominium lot with three townhomes. The Brady Family Management Trust are the investors in this property. They want to divide it into three lots - 2A, 2B and 2C. Eventually these lots and these houses can be sold as individual lots. New deed restrictions have been received and they will be filed with this replat for Lot 2. Certain common areas on the lot that will still be maintained by an association of owners. The replat is in compliance with the subdivision regulations and zoning regulations. Commissioner Hallmark asked Mr. Duren to give the City's report on the second replat. Planning Commission December 1, 1997 2) Replat - Lot 4, Block 7, Willow Creek One: Consider the Replat of Lot 4, Block 7, Willow Creek One Addition into Lots 4A, 4B and 4C. Applicant: Mark Whiteley and Associates, Inc. Mr. Duren told the Commission that Lot 4 is being proposed for Lot 4A, 4B and 4C, Willow Creek One. The owners are Frank A. and Marcia Giglio. Everything remains the same. The address is 8125 Willow Bend Drive for Lot 4 and 8165 Willow Bend Drive for Lot 2. Chairman Leister asked for the applicant's comments. Tom Rowe with Mark Whiteley and Associates, the applicant, was present. Commissioner Nisby made a motion to approve the Replat of Lot 2, Block 7, Willow Creek One into Lots 2A, 2B and 2C as requested and also the Replat of Lot 4, Block 7, Willow Creek One into Lots 4A, 4B and 4C as requested. Commissioner Hallmark seconded the motion. Motion to approve carried 5:0. OTHER BUSINESS THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED. 2
