A comment on Condition No. I follows: 1. This is an area of estate sized homes situated on large lots and tracts, The Anderson's tract is almost 1-1/2 acres. The property is heavily landscaped because this, is the site of a previous home, since removed. The pool house will be constructed at the rear of the house behind a proposed 16' x 40'swimming pool. There will be guest quarters in the pool house. The 5-cargarage will be built 7-1/2' off the southeast part of the lot. There will be two apartments with separate entrances located above the garage, The Anderson's have seven children, four living at home and three in college. The accessory apartments will be for some of their older children and for the use of any paid house and grounds keepers. These accessory residential uses will be compatible in this neighborhood and will not diminish property values in the immediate vicinity.
