Matthew Davis Sr., home owner, is seeking permission to install air conditioning units into
a previously solid vw8@ of the house located at 2275 Eva|on Avenue. The installation of
units has been, completed without the benefit of an approved Certificate of
Appropriateness and charges are pending incourt, Originally, the house had asolid wall
and now the home has two (2) air conditioning units protruding through the wall of the
home visible from the street right-of-way. Please see pictures of the aforementioned in
your packet.
K4x Davis Sr. expressed the S8CnDd story of the home gets tom hot in temperature, which
iswhy heneeds the units.
Staff recommends denial of this request.
This house, is not in the Beaumont SPARE Survey.
