BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Chris Boone is appointed Interim City Manager effective March 31, 2022 with a
base salary of $16,666.67 per month and a car allowance in the amount of $500.00 per
month. All other allowances, compensation, benefits, terms and conditions of
employment with the City of Beaumont would remain the same.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
February, 2022.
