SUBJECT: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add siding to a structure.

STAFF REPORT
Theresa Sabeha would like to, add siding to the second story of her apartment complex located
at 2570 Pecos Street. The structure currently has a brick facade on the first story and paneling
along the second story. The siding Ms. Sabeha would like to use is a horizontal HardiPlank
profile that has a 6.25" reveal. The brick willl remain intact along the first story of the structure.
Ms. Sabeha intends to paint the siding with colors from our pre -approved selection.
Staff recommends approval of the request.
The house is not listed in the SPARE Beaumont Survey.

Reason for Request of a Certificate of Historical area Will be adding individual hardy board siding (6.25"
Appropriateness wide) to front of apartments where siding is needed will be repairing
any rotted trim boards around the building and will paint study of
apartments. Body will be painted downing stone SW2821 trim work
will be painted sage green light SW2851 any accent work will be
painted SW2846 roycroft bronze green.
