FILE: 1505-P STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of the request for the two chair beauty/barbershop. The Reverend Hubert B. Liedy, Jr. has requested the specific use permit and will use a converted 12'x 20'second floor sun room as the shop. His daughter, Anna Williams, owns the building. Downstairs is an existing 32 child licensed day care center. The remaining space on the second floor is used as living area.
