STAFF REPORT
Aaron Ward of Faust Engineering and Surveying, Inc., has requested approval of a Replat of
Lots 18-20 into Lots 18A & 20A, Block 1, Audubon Park, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
The intention of the plat is to split a lot and add it to the two (2) neighboring lots,
The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request.
