FILE: 603-OB STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of the request subject to retaining a 20' x 300' general utility easement in lieu of the alley. A staff distribution regarding the request was sent to all interested parties. There is a 6" sanitary sewer running through the alley. There is also a security light circuit, 120V and security light in the alley. Six property owners own lots or palls of lots which abut the alley. There are 12 platted lots in the block. This is a residentially developed block and neighborhood. Exhibits are attached, LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCE PURPOSES The 20'x 300" alley right-of-way in Block 37, Jef Chaison Addition, said alley lying between Ector Avenue and Chaison Avenue, being south of Lots 1-6 and north of Lots 7-12, Block 37, said addition, containing in area 6,000 square feet or 0.137 acres, more or less.
