Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Request to rezone a tract of land located on Tram Road at N. Major Drive from RS (Residential Single Family Dwelling) to RM-M (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling -Medium Density) District. FILE: 1563-Z a The Planning Manager recommends approval of the zone change request to RM-M. This proposal is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. Johnny and Melanie Babineaux own a 1.52 acre tract of wooded land located at 8010 Tram Road. They wish to construct one-story multi -dwelling town homes for rent. They plan to build two structures containing six units per building. The RM-M zone allows tip to a maximum of 18 units per acre. Their proposal is for a total of 12 units for the 1 V2acres.
