The Planning Manager recommends approval of the specific use permit to allow ajewelry store
in Building "B", Tuscany Park.
Tuscany Park is a 12 acre professional office and commercial complex that was zoned PUD in
March, 2001, Mathew's Jewelry wishes to open a 1,808 square foot retail store in Building
"B". A number of retail stores and professional offices have opened in the complex.
With PUD zoning, each non-residential use must receive a specific use permit.
