GENERAL INFORMATION/PLJBLIC UTILITIES continued STREET: Proposed extension north of Sunflower Lane, a residential 50' wide fight -of -way with a concrete pavement as per city standards, Deer Chase Drive will be a 50' fight -of -way and extends east off Sunflower. DRAINAGE: Proposed storm sewers will lie in the streets and in easements to empty into the DD#6 retention pond located behind and east of Gladys West Subdivision, Section One. WATER: SANITARY SEWER SERVICE: ADEQUACY OF SERVICE: Proposed 6" water lines extended from existing line in Sunflower. Proposed 6" sanitary sewers from existing sewer in Sunflower. Fire protection is provided by Station #9, 7010 Gladys Avenue. Existing and proposed utilities and services will be addressed by the developer so as to comply with City regulations. Following is our summary of the comments, which will be accepted and incorporated into the Preliminary Plat; 1. Subdivision name change to Westchase Village 2. Erosion control devices will be adhered too 3. 30' easement on East side of the subdivision will be designated as a 30' drainage easement 4. Water main will be looped back into Major Drive as part of the development of Sections 2 and 3.We are inclosing copies of the Master plan for, this Village by which it shows the future loop into Major Drive 5. Two (2) additional street lights will be added per the Transportation Division's requirement 6. End of roadway markers will be added at both road ends. The comment from the Fire Marshal about turn around areas is of concern to us and we would like to request a variance to this item. At the North end of Sunflower we propose to install the concrete pavement "T" intersection, It is our professional opinion that this intersection would provide enough truck turning area. The other area at the end of Deer Run Drive we would like to install at temporary asphalt cul-a-suc sufficient to handle truck turn around. It is our understanding that the action for approval has been scheduled for December 4, 2000 at 3:30 p.m. on the City Council Chambers. Thank you for your help for these requests.
