EASTEX PRESSURE WASHERS LUMBERTON TEXAS (409-755-4567) Dear Sirs, I am the owner of Eastex Pressure Washers. A small bussiness in the City of Lumberton,Hardin County. We sell and service high pressure washing equipment to commercial and residential customers. Our bussiness hours are 8 am. to 5 pm. monday thru Friday. I purchased property in Beaumont at Fannin and Delmar in the sunnyside addition with the intention of relocating my bussiness there. I recently learned my bussiness classifaction would not be permitted under neighborhood commercial areas, and was advised to submit this application for rezoning to commercial manufacturing. I belive this new facility would benifit the neighborhood and Beaumont,by providing jobs and placing this property back on the tax roll.
