FILE: 1560-Z 911 0-MAH The Planning Manager recommends approval of the application. The request is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. The owner of Pappy's Creole Kitchen at 2197 Washington Boulevard at Waco wishes to rezone the lot next to and east of the existing restaurant to GC -MD in order to expand the business. The proposed lot is vacant and is owned by the applicant's mother. Washington is an arterial street. This vicinity is located within an area of Conservation and Revitalization.
