STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of the specific use pen -nit to allow two
residential accessory structures on the lot.
Mr. Paul Ferguson has purchased the three acre Lot No. 6 in Phase 1, Block 2 of the
Moritclaire Addition, The main house to be constructed contains 15,931 square feet
according to the City's Building Official.
The request for a specific use permit is to allow two accessory apartments, a 2,030 square
foot guest quarters and a 525 square foot apartment with attached gymnasium. These
structures will be placed at the rear and left rear of the large lot.
