FILE: 1614-P STAFF REPORT The Planning Manager recommends approval of the specific use permit to allow a doctor's office in Building "B", Tuscany Park. Tuscany Park is a 12 acre professional office and commercial complex that was zoned PUD in March, 2001. Dr. Potvin wishes to open a 3,200 square foot medical office in Building "B". A number of retail stores and professional offices have opened in the complex. With PUD zoning, each non-residential use must receive a specific use permit. Exhibits are attached.
