SUBJECT: Request for a specific use permit to allow an antique gallery in a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) District, (This case was postponed from May 29, 2002.)

The Planning Manager recommends approval of the specific use pern-►it to allow all antique
gallery in Building "B", Tuscany Park.
Tuscany Park is a 12 acre professional office and commercial complex that was zoned PUD in
March, 2001. Hart Galleries wishes to open a 5,600 square foot antique gallery in Building
"B". A number of retail stores and professional offices have opened in the complex.
With PUD zoning, each non-residential use must receive a specific use permit.
