SUBJECT: Consider a request for a specific use permit to allow living in a travel trailer temporarily

STAFF REPORT
The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request to allow living in a travel trailer
for a period of two months.
Carl Moss, the owner, would like to live in a travel trailer located in the driveway at the rear
of the house located at 990 Church Street.
He will be remodeling the house for a period of two months.
