Street.

The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request.
Bill Tran, the owner of the adjacent properties, is requesting abandonment of this unimproved
alley.
This request was sent to all interested parties. No opposition to this abandonment request has
been received.
Exhibits are attached.
Being a 20' x, 50' dead-end alley, beginning at the west right-of-way line of Elba Street and
continuing west a distance of 50' to a dead-end, containing 0,023 acres, more or less.
