BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) Freightliner pothole
patch trucks for use by the Public Works Department from Freightliner of Austin, of
Austin, Texas, in the amount of $347,891.80 through The Interlocal Purchasing System
(TIPS) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of
October, 2021.
