Richardson, Planning Manager SUBJECT: Consider a replat of West Oaks Townhomes, Phase I FILE: Replat - West Oaks Townhomes, Phase I The Planning Manager recommends approval of this request. Construction Equity, Inc., the developer, is requesting the addition of three townhouse lots and an additional 85' of Harbor Oak Drive on the north side of the existing townhouse lots. West Oaks is a single family and townhouse subdivision being developed on the west side of Major, east of the West Brook High School football stadium. Each lot will be accessed by a 28'wide private drive. The private drives and all common areas will be maintained by the Townhouse Owners' Association. An 85' extension of Harbor Oak Drive will be constructed. Harbor Oaks will eventually be extended to the north and south. A replat of West Oaks Townhomes, Phase I is required because additional lots are being added. The replat was sent to all interested parties for review. There were no objections received.
